This is the preliminary planned schedule for the BEA District 5 Conference. The South Central Broadcasting Society schedule for undergraduate students is posted separately.

10/2, Friday afternoon

Tours are listed here (faculty and grad students attending the BEA District 5 conference are welcome to sign up and attend tours), with some to start at around 1:00 pm and others to start around 3:00 pm.

10/2, Friday evening
Pizza social at 6:30 pm followed with Guest Speaker Kevin Charles, Radio and Voice Talent and Guest Speaker David Hershey, CBS 11 and Hershey Creative Services. NOTE:  Getting to Texas Wesleyan — take Beach Street exit off I-30 (east side of Fort Worth), take the Beach exit. Go south on Beach. At the intersection of Beach and Rosedale, take a left. Then it’s left into Texas Wesleyan. Lou’s Place (on campus) will be two blocks on the left. Park behind or by Lou’s place, #28 on the Texas Wesleyan campus map. Those lots are reserved for us. A campus map is available here. We start in Building 28, Lou’s Place.
