SIGN UPS STARTED ON 9/25–You must be signed up to attend tours–facilities will be checking through security only those on the list. Arrive at least 10 minutes before tour start time.  You may sign up for one early and one late tour.  Plan for traffic delays.  Your travel arrangements are on your own. Downtown Dallas locations will have parking costs.

1:00 – 2:30 (arrive starting at 12:45) Mercury Studios / Blaze Network / CRM Studios, 100 East Royal Lane Suite T-200, Irving, TX (you’re starting at their offices then being taken to the studios. 3:00 – 4:30 ~ AT&T / Cowboys Stadium Tour, (arrive by 2:50). 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX (Maximum: 20).  Free parking in Lot 1 or 2 from Entry A off Randolph Mill Road. Contact there: Joe Trahan.  The sign up page–For This Tour It’s This Link

3:00 – 4:00 ~ KXAS/NBC 5/Telemundo, 4805 Amon Carter Blvd., Fort Worth, TX.

3:00 – 4:00 ~ WFAA TV, 606 Young Street, Dallas. Upon arrival their directions are: “just drive up to the gates and tell them who you are with. Then go meet in the front lobby. NOTE:  Getting to Texas Wesleyan — take Beach Street exit off I-30 (east side of Fort Worth), take the Beach exit. Go south on Beach. At the intersection of Beach and Rosedale, take a left. Then it’s left into Texas Wesleyan. Lou’s Place (on campus) will be two blocks on the left. Park behind or by Lou’s place, #28 on the Texas Wesleyan campus map. Those lots are reserved for us. A campus map is available here. We start in Building 28, Lou’s Place.

Friday evening: pizza social at 6:30 pm followed by  Guest Speaker David Hershey, CBS 11 and Hershey Creative Services. LOCATION:  A&M-Commerce downtown Dallas location at Universities Center Dallas, (map & info here) 1910 Pacific Street Dallas, Rooms 315/316. PARKING–if you circle the block of the building we’re in, you’ll probably find free street parking. Some meters are not open for evening parking and some may still charge–but if they do it’s $1.50 per hour, so a total of $3. Elm Street Parking Garage, 2000 Elm Street would be $4 — but you have to bring cash to get that — to do so, you’re giving me the $4 and I will put a sticker on your parking time card (so bring it in with you).  It’s probably $5 if you just want to pay them directly.
